Responsibilities Guide motorized heavy machinery to enable accurate material removal and placement.
Load and unload heavy machinery with boulders, trash, and other materials.
Maintain strict adherence to safety standards.
Communicate with teammates to clarify project specifications when necessary.
Notify the line manager of any injuries or other mishaps.
Recommend necessary upgrades, fixes, and replacements to the line manager.
Ensure the workplace is tidy and organized at the end of each shift with coworkers.
Offer advice on how to streamline processes and increase productivity.
Qualifications Equivalent to a high school diploma.
Prior knowledge of using various heavy equipment.
Lifting capacity of up to 50 pounds.
Excellent eyesight or wearing prescribed lenses.
Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
A thorough awareness of the relevant safety regulations.
Ability to provide and receive instructions.
Strong decision-making abilities, especially under duress.
Ability to work additional hours as needed.
