Full‑Time Education Coordinator Wanted
Oxford Learning Rosedale is looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Coordinator to help students of all ages achieve academic success. The role is in‑person, after school hours and weekends, and requires a commute to the Toronto, Ontario location. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.
Location: 44 St. Clair Ave. East, Toronto, ON (applicants must reside in or within a short commute of the Toronto area)
Responsibilities
Establish and oversee student learning programs
Maintain contact with parents and meet with them to discuss their child's progress
Ensure that the Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre
Create a fun and energetic learning environment on a daily basis
Effectively master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching staff
Qualifications
Minimum university degree (credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Mathematics, or Business preferred)
Solid secondary school mathematics skills (asset)
Additional language(s) spoken (asset)
Experience in an educational environment dealing with medium to large student bodies
Experience in a business environment (asset)
Experience with billing cycles (asset)
Solid computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)
Experience in customer service (experience in sales preferred)
