Working within the Culture and Recreation department, you will report directly to the Manager of Recreation, Community Partnerships, and Strategic Projects.

- Develop and implement inclusive recreation practices
- Design and improve accessible programs for all
- Train and mentor part time staff and volunteers
- Coordinate inclusion support for recreation activities

- University Degree in Social Services or related field
- 2-3 years in coordinating Inclusion Programming
- 3-5 years working with individuals with disabilities
- Valid Class G driver’s license
