Homeward Trust Edmonton is seeking a Supportive Housing Program Coordinator to provide culturally secure, client-centred support to Indigenous individuals and families living in supportive housing. The coordinator will work with tenants to achieve housing stability, address barriers related to mental health and addictions, reconnect with culture, kin and community, and collaborate with partners to deliver housing and support services.
