Impact You’ll Have The Audit Governance Program Manager will represent Softchoice in all key audit activities with internal and external stakeholders. This role spearheads the initiation and deployment of a current center of excellence focused on reviewing existing audit program associated controls, identifying gaps, driving continual improvement, and working with management to define remediation plans. The role also manages the entire Softchoice vendor & partner audit governance framework, including process, communications, stakeholder management, risks, and evidence collection. What You’ll Do Work with the Audit Lead to establish, implement, and maintain the audit strategy and governance framework (e.G., Cloud, SOC, ISO) Accountable for stakeholder communication channels internally with SLT/ELT and externally with Partners, Vendors, and 3rd‑party audit firms in collaboration with the Audit Lead Perform audit governance, intake gap analysis, evidence control collection, and creation of risk assessment and remediation plans Operationalize each audit and deploy a governance framework that includes an audit roadmap calendar, communication plans, and project plans Track program‑level status on outstanding evidence control items, understand risks and roadblocks, and create action plans with business‑unit stakeholders in partnership with the Audit Project Coordinator / Business Analyst Meet regularly with internal audit team leaders, vendors,



and partners to collect information for executive‑management reporting Identify areas of improvement and efficiency opportunities within the audit program Support the Audit Lead as an audit liaison to negotiate audit dates and validate control renewal cycles with vendors and partners Review system designs and audit requirements to recommend the functioning, adequacy, and effectiveness of control strategies, structures, and systems Assess significant control gaps and, when required, elevate them to appropriate SLT/ELT levels and stakeholders for accountability Provide support for vendor audits and other industry‑level accreditations Stay current on evolving governance expectations and industry practices to support continuous improvement of the audit program Facilitate Managed Services audit governance meetings, including BCP, vulnerability scanning, pentest, PII and HIPAA topics Facilitate client RFP responses related to security questionnaires Work with the Risk & Compliance team to determine any security‑breach impact internally or externally What You’ll Bring to the Table 5+ years of experience in the IT industry 3+ years of experience in audit planning and management of complex and diverse audits PMP or PgMP certification or equivalent advanced project‑management experience Strong understanding of services and solutions delivery models Deep knowledge of vendor/partner ecosystems and audit terminology Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail Strong problem‑analysis and problem‑solving skills Self‑motivated to keep abreast of technology best practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude coupled with creative thinking Cross‑functional collaboration skills Compensation A base pay range of $76,500–$102,000 annually plus a 10% target incentive. Actual salary depends on location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification.
