Overview

We''re partnering with a well-established Lower Mainland design-build general contractor with decades of success delivering commercial and industrial projects across BC. With a strong pipeline of repeat business, they''re looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their leadership team.

Responsibilities

- Lead projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and client relationships.
- Coordinate consultants, municipal approvals, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of project management experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
- Strong knowledge of BC construction practices and municipal approval processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
