Enhance the lives of residents as a Physiotherapy Assistant, providing essential support through customized treatment plans and engaging exercises in a Long-Term Care facility.

Working under the supervision of a Physiotherapist, you’ll help implement treatment programs designed for individual needs within a supportive environment. Your role includes facilitating group and one-on-one exercises, documenting progress, and assisting with the residents’ mobility. Monitoring any changes in health status and collaborating with healthcare teams will ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group exercise programs
• Document treatment sessions and progress




• Assist with secure transferring and mobility of residents
• Observe and report health changes to supervisors
• Apply therapeutic treatments as directed

Requirements:
• Graduation as a Physiotherapy Assistant or equivalent
• Strong multi-tasking abilities in busy settings
• Experience in Long-Term Care preferred
• Police check for Vulnerable Sector mandatory
• Reliable vehicle access valued
