Head Chef
Location: 13727 127 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T6V 1A8. Work location: On site.

Salary: $36.00 per hour; Full time; 30-35 hours per week; Permanent employment starting ASAP.

Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience
3 years to less than 5 years.

Languages
English.

Responsibilities

Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items.

Estimate labour costs.

Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers.

Prepare and cook food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.

Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.

Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions.

Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
