• Field customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Input customer orders into the TMS system

• Provide departmental support during peak workloads

Requirements:
• Related academic training from a technical school
• 6 months to 1 year experience in logistics
• Ability to interpret safety and operational documents
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in basic mathematics and computer applications
