Key Responsibilities:
• Execute routine and complex laboratory testing procedures
• Collect and receive patient specimens efficiently
• Input data accurately into the Laboratory Information System
• Validate and report accurate test results
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Laboratory Program
• Certification with CSMLS and BC Society eligibility
• One year of relevant laboratory experience
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in health services
