Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team in Toronto, Canada for a temporary position (part‑time available). This role is ideal for co‑op students and individuals looking to gain practical marketing experience in the cosmetics and personal care industry. As a Marketing Associate, you will support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing communications, and promoting our brand across multiple channels. This position offers valuable hands‑on experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting where attention to detail and collaborative teamwork are essential. Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Create and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement

Support the coordination of marketing materials, including graphics, copy, and promotional assets

Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to inform marketing strategies

Organize and maintain marketing databases, tracking campaign performance and metrics

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas and marketing initiatives

Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events and product launches

Prepare reports and presentations summarizing marketing performance and insights

Support the onboarding of new marketing projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications





Currently enrolled in an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate marketing concepts clearly

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand management principles

Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing applications

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Detail‑oriented mindset with strong attention to accuracy

Collaborative approach to working with cross‑functional teams

Enthusiasm for the cosmetics and personal care industry

Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned projects

Preferred: Experience with digital marketing tools, content creation, or email marketing platforms

Preferred: Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools

Preferred: Knowledge of the cosmetics and personal care market trends
