Programme Structure:

Soft skills and management training

Two weeks of familiarization in HAECO

3rd & 4th Year

Work in one of the departments at HAESL

Secondment to aviation division under Swire Group Companies (12 weeks)

Secondment to Rolls-Royce in the UK (12 weeks)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines

Highly organized with self-motivation and commitment

Strong interpersonal skills to contribute in a team setting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluent communication in English and Chinese

Enthusiasm in the Aerospace industry
