Wage Range: $20.51-$28.21

Our Whitby clinic is looking for a full-time Kinesiologist to complement our talented interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Treat MVA, LTD, WSIB and private patients in a gym setting

Work under the direction of the Physiotherapist and/or Occupational Therapist regarding treatment, progression, and client management

Design and implement a therapeutic exercise program to meet identified client needs

Complete employer assessments such as PDA, POET, and FAE to confirm job capability of essential demands

Prepare progress and discharge reports delegated by the treating clinician

Assist the treating clinician with return‑to‑work planning

Ensure the gym area is presentable, organized and free of safety hazards

Qualifications

Degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics

Registration in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario

Excellent time management, organization, and ability to work independently

Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desire to work hard to improve your skills

Empathy and ability to build rapport with patients





Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience in interdisciplinary care considered an asset

Experience with chronic pain, concussion management and chronic conditions considered an asset
