Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls at the site office
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules
Organize and schedule appointments
Take minutes at meetings as required
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Monitor and implement company safety policies
Order office supplies and cleaning supplies
Send orders for prefabrication materials to suppliers
Maintain primary relationship with suppliers
Provide general support to visitors
Schedule inspections as required
Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
Submit, track and distribute RFIs, shop drawings, site instructions, and drawings via Procore with site trades, design team and BIM team
Maintain document logs and follow up on action items
Manage site safety documentation for all staff and sub-trades
Assist the Site Project Manager & Site Foreman with various activities,
including progress photos, testing reports and QA/QC
Be responsible for preparing Operations and Maintenance manuals and other project close‑out documentation
Participate in a LEAN construction culture
Perform site administrative duties
Perform other duties as required
Skills & Requirements

Good Interpersonal Skills
Solid English skills (written and spoken)
Prior experience with Bluebeam, Procore or similar software platforms is a strong asset
First Aid training is an asset
Able to take direction and work in a fast‑paced environment
Proven work history as a Site Coordinator in the construction industry is a strong asset
Prior experience in an administrative position in a quick‑paced environment is required
Be legally entitled to work full‑time hours in Canada
Work Conditions
This is a full‑time, site‑based position
Overtime as required
Walking through uneven ground on construction sites
Seating for long periods

Compensation: $28.50/h to $36.50/h + 5% RRSP + 100% Employer‑paid Extended Health & Dental benefits package + Life Insurance + LTD + Phone Allowance + AD&D.;
