Job Summary
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, rapid‑paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers

Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns

Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services

Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely

Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Requirements

Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs

Meet all provincial requirements for operating a regulated vehicle

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

High School diploma, GED or military service
