As a CNC Operator at SyBridge Technologies, you will be responsible for operating CNC machining equipment to produce precision components while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Set up and operate CNC machining equipment in accordance with work instructions
Load and unload materials and workpieces safely and efficiently
Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
Monitor machine performance and make offsets as required
Perform in‑process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment
Verify parts meet quality and dimensional requirements
Deburr, clean, and prepare finished components
Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment concerns
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production schedules and customer expectations
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
2‑5 years of CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Experience operating CNC mills
Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain‑controlled CNC machines is considered an asset
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Strong understanding of machining practices and quality requirements
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday
Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to climb stairs and work in a manufacturing environment
Comfortable working around varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and other manufacturing conditions
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other protective equipment as required
