Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring a positive and professional client experience
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and proposal development to deal closure and post‑sale follow‑up
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue prospective clients through outbound outreach
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals
Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients
Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, marketing, operation) to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM systems
Monitor account performance, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments
Collect and relay client feedback to contribute to continuous product and service improvement
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including vendor setup, preparation of compliance documentation, and generation of internal reports
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support ongoing company growth and operational needs
Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations
Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations
Any other operation‑related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s or college diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
2+ years of B2B sales or account coordinator experience (preferably in the energy, electrical, or industrial sectors)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust presentation and negotiation abilities
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction
Experience with or interest in electrical systems, metering, or energy solutions is an asset
