We are currently seeking applicants for a Roofer position to assist our client. We welcome you to submit your application, if you are interested.

Duties:

Inspect roofs for damage and leaks

Repair or replace broken or missing shingles

Install recent roofing materials

Apply waterproofing materials such as asphalt or tar

Perform maintenance on existing roofs

Work with a team to complete projects efficiently

Skills:

Proficiency in blueprint reading for roof layouts

Ability to use hand tools effectively

Capability for heavy lifting when handling roofing materials

Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing roofs

Experience as a maintenance person or carpenter is beneficial

Strong ability to build and repair roofs efficiently

Job Type: Seasonal

Ability to commute/relocate:

Norris Point, NL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
