Location & Work Arrangement
Full‑time, permanent, on‑site position in downtown Vancouver.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assess customer needs and offer tailored auto financing solutions.

Guide customers through the auto financing process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Collect and verify all necessary documentation and information for loan approval.

Educate customers on available financing options, loan terms, interest rates, and conditions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships to ensure smooth collaboration.

Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term relationships.

What You Should Already Have





Ability to clearly explain auto financing options, terms, and conditions to customers.

Solid communication and relationship‑building skills.

Attention to detail and highly organized.

Motivation to grow within a new and expanding department with opportunities for career advancement.

What We Will Give You

Full training by experienced managers at the outset and throughout employment.

Compensation

Level 1: $50,000 base salary + bonus.

Level 2: $60,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics.

Projected Yearly Earnings

Level 1: $55,500 – $68,000

Level 2: $65,500 – $90,000
