Salary Range: The annual salary for this position ranges from $42,250 - $51,750. Exact compensation may vary based on qualification, experience, and education.

We are looking for an Accounting Technician for a 6 month term to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
This position requires the individual to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks as well as administrative work.
What you’ll do: Process on time basic accounts, vendor and bank payable
Accurately prepare bank redemption reports
Accurately process cost recovery, insurance & warranty reporting weekly
Creating sales redemption reports on a daily basis
Reconcile bank account on a daily basis
Reconcile credit card statements & cash expenditures on a monthly basis
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Work closely with cross functional departments to ensure all business reporting and compliance is strictly adhered to
Ensure company assets are safeguarded
Typing accurately and preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Scanning & other administrative work
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Knowledge & Qualifications: Diploma or certificate in accounting plus relevant work experience
Must have knowledge of Quickbooks & accounting procedures
