Position Title: Loader Operator - Kitchener, ON

Employment Type: Permanent, Full time

Compensation: $29,00 to per hour

Dufferin Concrete is hiring a Loader Operator in Kitchener, ON. The role involves operating a front‑end loader in the yard to load trucks and production facilities, and performing day‑to‑day plant and yard maintenance.

Responsibilities

Follow safe work procedures and act safely in the workplace.

Complete daily and weekly plant inspections.

Maintain cleanliness of plant and yard.

Load aggregate material into trucks, trailers, bays, and production equipment.

Maintain an accurate plant inventory of aggregate material.

Communicate quickly to the supervisor about any issues that will impact production.

Train backup operators as needed.

Requirements

Successful completion of a heavy equipment operator program from an accredited institution (asset).





Experience operating a front end loader (experience with a John Deere 644K or similar is an asset).

Completion of high school diploma or GED.

Valid Class G driver’s license.

Good communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written).
