About the Role
As Inside Sales Representative, you'll support outside sales, contractors, engineers, and municipalities by providing technical guidance, system design assistance, accurate quoting, and order execution. If you bring relevant product knowledge, industry experience, or a strong customer-service background, we'll train and develop the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Take customer orders in person and over the phone

Communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions

Assist with loading orders onto customer vehicles

Make outbound calls to follow up on existing sales opportunities

Answer technical questions relating to pumps and pumping equipment

Explain and demonstrate product and service features





Stay informed about competing products and services

Upsell products and services

Help maintain a clean, organized facility

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software

What We're Looking For

Experience in irrigation, pumps, motors, or a related industrial/agricultural sector is an asset

Robust interpersonal and communication skills

A track record of building customer relationships and delivering results
