This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Credit Agen t.This position is a great opportunity to build on existing customer service skills as well as to learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multi-tasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team workplace.




Key responsibilities of the position include: Support approvers in the analysis of credit files;
Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files;
Responding to customer calls and emails;
Data entry of customer files;
Credit adjudication (training provided)
Providing superior professional service to valued clients;
Working four days per week from the office, one day from home;
Weekend shifts on rotation, one weekend shift per month;

Positive environment with 9:30-11:30 am start time to 5:30-7:30 pm shifts.
