As a Recruitment Consultant in our Calgary office, you’ll join a dynamic team passionate about delivering high-quality recruitment services.

The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage a 360-desk , taking ownership of both client relationships and candidate management. This role emphasizes business development , requiring you to grow your portfolio by engaging new clients while continuing to support ongoing recruitment assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients. Build long-term relationships through networking, cold outreach, and market research.

Client Management : Partner with organizations to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Candidate Sourcing : Use innovative strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent, including leveraging job boards, social media, and your personal network.

Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and placement.

Market Expertise :



Stay informed about industry trends and labor market insights to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.

Collaboration : Work closely with team members to share leads, support searches, and deliver exceptional service.

What You Bring

Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (experience in a 360-desk workplace is a strong asset).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.

A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding goals and driving revenue.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in recruitment tools, CRM systems, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
