Butcher (Permanent) Yeonheedong Foods Ltd. is looking for a Butcher to join the team.

Location: 2810B Spring Street, Port Moody, BC, V3H 4C5
Hours: 30-40 hrs/wk (Full time)
Wage: $24-25 per hour (Overtime pay 1.5x regular wage for >8hrs/day, >40hrs/wk)
Benefits: 4% vacation fee or 10 days paid vacation
Responsibilities Trim, debone, and prepare various meats for cooks and customer orders.
Craft meat for special presentations, shaping, lacing, tying roasts.
Manage inventory, maintain records, assess quantity, variety, freshness.
Adhere to safety standards: HACCP, CFIA regulations, food safety protocols.
Ensure optimal storage conditions to guarantee freshness and safety.
Qualifications Completion of secondary school required.
Experience is an asset.
Proficiency in English communication required.
