Empower new drivers as a Full time Driver Trainer while ensuring safety and quality service. Engage in meaningful training to shape a skilled workforce in transportation.

This role provides the opportunity to teach employees to operate company vehicles safely while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include conducting driver assessments and leading training programs tailored to uphold safety standards. You'll also assist the Transit Supervisor with various duties and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive driver assessments
• Lead division training programs per policies
• Facilitate B Class licensing upgrades
• Provide instruction in external training sessions
• Collaborate with Transit Supervisor on projects

Requirements:
• Valid B or E Class License for 3 years
• Clean driving abstract with no points
• Background check must be clear
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of vehicle-for-hire regulations
