Parts Coordinator
CSN Norgate has an opportunity for a well‑rounded Parts Coordinator to join the team in Prince George, BC . The primary duties of this position involve the shipping and receiving of automotive parts.

Qualifications

Candidates with automotive parts experience will be given priority but more than willing to train the right candidate.

Previous customer service/administrative experience is an asset.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced work setting.

Valid Class 5 drivers license required.

Responsibilities

Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues.

Follow up with vendors on reorders, late parts, damaged parts and parts credits.

Negotiate credit amounts and taking photos for justification.





Follow up with shipping companies and communicate updates to appropriate internal team members.

Enter data into computer systems (i.e. Nexyis and Microsoft Office)

Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.

Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.

Receive, unpack and check all incoming parts.

Mirror incoming parts onto the parts carts.

Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts.

Bring parts carts to stalls when needed.

Other duties as required by Location Manager.
