At Muscular Dystrophy Canada, we believe in the power of connection. Every relationship we build, every community we engage, and every volunteer we support helps create real impact for people living with neuromuscular disorders across Canada.

You will work closely with volunteers, donors, sponsors, and community leaders to grow revenue, deepen engagement, and create exceptional experiences for everyone involved.
You will be out in the community, meeting with partners, supporting volunteer committees, attending events, and building authentic, long-term relationships. You’ll also collaborate closely with direct reports and colleagues across fundraising, marketing, volunteer engagement, programs, and data to ensure our efforts are aligned, effective, and well supported.

Is excited to be hands-on in the community and represent MDC with warmth and professionalism
This is a hybrid role based in the GTA, with regular local travel and occasional evening/weekend work to support community events.
Benefits
Meaningful, mission-driven work with visible community impact
Supportive, values-based culture grounded in connection, collaboration, and inclusion
Market-competitive salary range of $65,000 – $80,000
100% employer-paid health and dental benefits, pension matching, generous vacation, personal days, and gift days
Flexibility through our hybrid work model
The opportunity to help shape and grow community fundraising in a time of transformation and growth
If you are passionate about community, motivated by impact, and excited to build relationships that make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
