Responsibilities

Operate woodworking machines such as power saws, jointers, mortisers, and shapers to cut, shape, and form parts and components.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings.

Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.

Interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to plan methods or sequences of operation.
