This position is focused on assisting in exercises, documenting treatment, and responding to resident needs throughout a temporary coverage period. Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure are essential. Experience in Long Term Care will set you apart as a qualified candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with group and individualized exercise sessions
• Encourage and motivate residents in their treatment plans
• Document resident progress after therapy sessions
• Monitor and report changes in resident health
• Administer treatments such as ultrasound and electrotherapy

Requirements:
• Graduate or equivalent training as a Physiotherapy Assistant
• Experience in Long Term Care or retirement homes
• Exceptional multitasking and communication skills
• Current police check for the Vulnerable Sector
• Valid 2 STEP TB test or Chest X-ray
