Responsibilities

Supervise and co‑coordinate activities of workers

Hire and train staff, or arrange for training of staff

Order merchandise

Establish work schedules

Sell merchandise

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

Organize and maintain inventory

Support for Youths

Offers on‑the‑job training tailored to youth

Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth

Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth

Supervision
Retail salespersons and sales clerks

Work Setting

Rural area, remote location

Willing to relocate

No fly‑in/fly‑out; or rotational arrangements are available

Financial services industry

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
