About the location Four Seasons Resort & Residence Whistler is a world‑class destination honored as the #1 resort in Canada by Condé Nast Traveler and recipient of Two MICHELIN Keys. The property offers modern mountain luxury, private balconies, and a culinary experience that ranges from Braidwood Tavern to the premium SIDECUT Steakhouse. It is located at the base of Blackcomb mountain, just steps from the Upper Village.
About the Role Full‑time, winter seasonal pool attendant. You will support the Food Server in delivering food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests, maintain the pool area, and provide attentive service in alignment with Four Seasons standards.
What You Will Do Facilitate guest satisfaction by supporting the Food Server in delivering food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the pool.
Ensure timely and precise delivery of food from the kitchen to guests.
Assist in the discreet clearing, cleaning, and setup of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver to uphold Four Seasons Standards and provide superior service by greeting guests warmly.
Proactively anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction levels, and promptly address any concerns or requests.
Contribute to the stocking of linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; participate in preparing smaller items like toast, soup, or beverages.
Foster a harmonious and skilled working relationship with colleagues and supervisors.
What You Bring High school education or equivalent experience.




Minimum one year of food service or related work.
Ability to carry and balance a tray, read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers accurately.
Fluent English (written, spoken and read).
‘Serving It Right’ certificate.
Strong commitment to service and a positive attitude.
Valid work authorization for Canada.
