This position is for eleven Therapeutic Assistants focused on providing educational support in collaboration with classroom teams. You will work under the guidance of Therapeutic Specialists, implementing tailored programs and strategies for diverse student needs. Your interactions will promote successful academic functioning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with educators to create tailored student programs
• Record and monitor student responses to strategies
• Model and discuss supports with the classroom team




• Assist in the preparation of educational workshops
• Maintain equipment and materials for classroom effectiveness

Requirements:
• Relevant diploma in Therapy Assistant required
• Minimum three years of relevant pediatric experience
• Certified with the Therapy Assistant Association of Alberta
• Knowledge of child development and inclusion principles
• Robust organizational skills to handle competing priorities
