Position
Field Service Representative – Full‑time, permanent – Salary $22/hr – Location: Paradise, NL – Canada

The impact you will have
Support Arjo’s customers by delivering and picking up rented medical products to patients and caregivers when they need them most. Ensure timely, efficient deliveries to improve quality of life for patients and residents.

Responsibilities

Perform deliveries and pick‑ups using a 3‑ton or 5‑ton truck.

Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery.

Load and unload medical equipment from the delivery vehicle.

Provide customers with instructions to use the equipment safely and properly.

Process delivery and pick‑up documentation onsite with medical staff as required.

Clean and process medical equipment to quality standards.

Present the highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions.

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license. No other specific skills required; comprehensive training will be provided.
