Member Fulfillment Centre Administrator – 8‑Month Contract
We are currently seeking a Member Fulfillment Centre Administrator to join our team for a temporary 8‑month contract. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work at one of our Collaboration Centers in Duncan, Penticton, Kelowna, Victoria and Langley. The role supports retail branch staff and members by handling transactional and administrative duties, providing efficient and courteous service.

Typical Day / Responsibilities

Administration: Complete a range of branch support transactions and tasks, including balancing and processing clearings, posting returned items, charge backs, credit card clearing and adjustments, ATM/CAFT and MTS; process the administration and payment of Requirement to Pay/Family Maintenances/Garnishee orders.

Retirement Products: Administer creation and maintenance of retirement portfolios (RSP, RIF, TFSA), ensure locked‑in product maintenance, and conduct reconciliation and audit as required.

Service Delivery: Deliver a high level of employee and member satisfaction by providing friendly, professional, and efficient service; respond promptly to enquiries, verify transactions, and solve problems or issues; meet departmental service standards and requirements.

Risk Mitigation: Follow established procedures for confidentiality, negotiable items, equipment and surroundings to meet safety, legal and procedural requirements.

General duties: Perform general duties as assigned to support centralization of administration; tasks may vary and include functions incorporated into the department in the future.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

High School Diploma required.

1 year related experience in the financial services industry required.





Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and learn new processes quickly.

Proven strong organizational skills with the ability to complete work accurately within established deadlines.

Proficient in computer software applications, e.g., MS Office.

Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership, demonstrating adherence to policies and procedures.
