Responsibilities
Demonstrate and uphold Riverside’s core values.
Act as the inventory control point, receiving items coming into the maintenance shop and issuing items going out of the maintenance shop.
Champion 5S practice in the maintenance work area.
Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for maintenance parts and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Support preventive maintenance programs by ensuring required parts are available for scheduled work.
Understand and enforce Riverside’s food safety policies and procedures.
Work with the maintenance planner to prepare work orders, part and tool packages for maintenance work; sort, return unused parts back to stock, and dispose of damaged parts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in supply chain, business, or a related field is an asset.
2+ years of experience in inventory control,
warehouse operations, or maintenance parts management.
Experience with CMMS (e.g., Fiix, Maximo, SAP PM, Oracle, or similar) and ERP systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Solid organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
Knowledge of industrial maintenance components (bearings, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical parts, etc.) is preferred.

Salary Range
$28 - $31 CAD
