As a Community Mental Health Worker 2, you will play a crucial role in psychosocial rehabilitation and harm reduction. The ideal candidate brings a combination of compassion and expertise, engaging with clients to establish and achieve personal goals. This role requires collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team while providing advocacy and support in community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver life skills support and counseling
• Develop personalized psychosocial rehabilitation plans




• Coordinate access to community resources
• Engage actively with clients for better outcomes
• Respect and promote client dignity and autonomy

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 and relevant diplomas
• Two years of applicable experience required
• Must hold a valid B.C. Driver’s License
• Proficient communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to a client-centered approach
