Linck is currently hiring for two full time positions to assist in caring for children and youth around the clock. You will work varied shifts, providing essential supervision and programming while ensuring a safe, accepting setting for growth. A collaborative approach with your care team will help meet the needs of the youth in your care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and care for youth 24/7
• Provide programming and emotional support
• Collaborate with other care professionals
• Manage documentation and use technology efficiently
• Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma specializing in child and youth work
• Up to three months of relevant experience
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI required
• Personal vehicle and valid G driver's license
• French language skills are an asset
