POSITION SUMMARY
An important part of our Food & Beverage team, the Stand Leads are responsible for overseeing the overall service and operations of a concourse stand. Leads provide coaching and guidance to Attendants and Cooks to ensure fans receive excellent service. This is a part‑time, hourly, events‑based position.

SHIFT RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a team of Attendants and Cooks in a Concourse Stand at the Rogers Forum to provide exceptional service to fans and guests.

Responsible for inventory and product during hockey games and concerts working closely with all departments at the arena.

Other duties as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience leading others in a food service environment is required.

Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends,



and holidays with various start times.

Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs.

Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time.

Experience in a high‑volume service setting is an asset.

Valid Serving it Right Certificate is required.

Completion of Food Safe Certificate is an asset.
