FedEx Canada is looking for a Courier/Handler to assist with package delivery and customer service. This part-time position operates Monday to Friday mornings, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

In this role, you will load and unload packages while maintaining high standards of service and communication with customers. A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to manage both physical and logistical tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload aircraft and vehicles effectively
• Sort packages for improved delivery accuracy
• Ensure compliance with service quality standards
• Handle customer service inquiries during deliveries
• Flexibility to work wide-ranging schedules when needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Minimum one year of customer-focused experience preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver heavier loads
• Must pass pre-assessment driver training
• Strong driving record with fewer violations
