Your role involves collaborating with the Recreation Manager to develop and oversee activities that meet Residents' diverse needs. By participating in both on-site and off-site programs, you ensure safety and enjoyment for all. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evaluate engaging recreation activities
• Lead and motivate Residents in leisure pursuits
• Maintain accurate records per charting guidelines




• Work collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team
• Promote safety during all recreational events

Requirements:
• Certification in Recreation Aide or a related area
• Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities
