What You'll Do Assist retail and internal customers with parts inquiries
Recommend the correct parts and accessories while providing exceptional customer service
Process parts orders, inventory, shipments and deliveries
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Keep the Parts Department organized, clean and efficient
Stay current on products, promotions and industry knowledge
Work collaboratively with the Service and Sales teams




What You'll Bring Minimum one year of automotive experience or a strong understanding of automotive mechanical fundamentals
Previous dealership parts experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good computer and basic math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation We offer a competitive compensation package that rewards performance.
Starting base annual salary of $30,000 plus monthly bonuses with an expected starting potential total earnings of $40,000 - $55,000 annually. Any bonuses are not guaranteed and are based on individual and store performance
Guaranteed minimum earnings equal to at least the applicable BC minimum wage for all hours worked
