BCAA is looking for an experienced Insurance Advisor or Senior Insurance Advisor. You will engage with clients to recommend and review insurance coverage while achieving sales goals. Your familiarity with technology and insurance practices will enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage issuance of insurance policies to clients
• Evaluate and recommend coverage during client consultations
• Work with support teams to provide tailored solutions
• Meet necessary sales goals aligned with BCAA standards
• Handle account documentation from payment processing to policy changes
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of insurance experience focused on homeowners insurance
• Level 1 or 2 insurance license required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Positive standing with the Insurance Council of BC
• Completion of Autoplan Essentials
