Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in monthly board meetings and the AGM
• Engage with and lead a committee such as Finance or Governance
• Prepare for meetings by reviewing provided documents
• Network with community leaders and local organizations
• Assist in overseeing community programs and services

Requirements:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Must live in the City of Toronto
• Experience in finance or governance is an asset
• Passion for serving underrepresented groups
• Open to learning about community issues
