We seek a Plant Refrigeration Shift Engineer with a valid Ontario Refrigeration B Certificate or 3rd Class Engineer. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience and possesses knowledge in refrigeration, air compressors, and boiler systems. You will play a vital role in equipment operation, maintenance, and cleaning duties while ensuring compliance with TSSA standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning
• Record and report on equipment operating conditions




• Ensure safety protocols and standards are met
• Collaborate to support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Refrigeration B Certificate or 3rd Class Engineer
• 2-3 years in a manufacturing food setting
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills necessary
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Familiarity with SOPs and GMPs is advantageous
