Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, offering pricing terms according to established margins, sourcing additional products, preparing small order quotes, providing product knowledge to customers, and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.

Responsibilities

Directly servicing the customer via phone and counter sales

Maintaining a high level of customer service

Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives

Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to impart knowledge

Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical experience

Good organizational skills





Computer literacy – proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400
