Your focus will be on ensuring equipment reliability and performance to minimize downtime for customers on job sites.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance and repairs on flooring equipment, including floor grinders, scrubbers, sanders, and surface prep toolsDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues efficientlyDismantle, reassemble, and rebuild equipment as needed to restore functionalityPrepare and inspect equipment prior to rental to ensure optimal working conditionConduct safety checks and ensure all equipment meets company and regulatory standardsKeep service areas,
