Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of furniture and appliances to customers' homes. This role involves inspection and loading of products, as well as providing top-notch in-home service and assembly. A commitment to customer satisfaction and flexibility in your work schedule is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and inspect items before delivery
• Conduct vehicle pre-trip checks
• Carry and assemble items in customers’ homes
• Provide service and support to customers
• Document delivery conditions and issues
Requirements:
• Experience in delivery work is a plus
• Must hold a Class 5 driver's license
• Must have a clear Driver's Abstract
• Ability to lift heavy merchandise over 50 lbs
• Robust organizational skills
