RAP students are both full‑time students and registered apprentices, dividing their time between an approved work site and their high school studies.




Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintain good working records for time, parts, supplies and outside purchases in repairs
Maintain and care for shop tools, equipment and vehicles
Communicate with others professionally
Order all parts and materials required to perform assigned repairs
Maintain work area in a clean and secure condition
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements and Qualifications Strong technical skills
Understanding of the agriculture or construction industry
