RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcoming passengers and performing passenger check-in

Process payment for flights

Answer phone and help with inquiries

Maintain the facilities orderliness

Baggage handling, including weighing, tagging and accepting passenger luggage

Make announcements regarding boarding, delays and cancellations

Check boarding passes as passengers board plane

Ensure all passengers comply with safety, security and baggage regulations

Perform any other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

Grade 9 education or equivalent

Ability to speak an aboriginal language would be considered an asset

2 years experience in customer service

Solid problem‑solving abilities

Possess a high degree of professionalism

Proficient written and oral communication skills

Ability to develop and maintain vendor relationships

Maintain calm in busy workplace
